What types of board do you offer?
We do all types of builds. From Keycap changes on budget boards to full custom created layouts, we can do it all. Please contact our team via the form above for your best options!
How long are build times?
From paid invoice to completion is typically 7-12 business days. We usually ship within 36 hours of Keyboard Assembly! This means, you’re receiving your board within 10-14 business days!
I need a Keyboard quick- can I get it sooner?
Need a Keyboard sooner? That’s where the contact me, or build system works best! We are able to get some builds out within 72-96 hours, with expedited shipping. Just contact our team for immediate help!
What types of payments do you accept?
We primarily use Paypal, but also accept Venmo, CashApp, and Facebook payments. We do not currently offer any payment plan methods at this time. You can apply for financing through Paypal Credit, which is available here.
What is the Process of Getting my Keyboard?
Once we have an approved contract, payment request is sent. Once payment is received, we secure all components for your build, assemble, key test, complete build, and get ready for delivery!
Do you offer a warranty?
Every build comes with a 1 year labor warranty. Stince Built’s warranty covers labor costs and tech support. All clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping the board, or parts to and from our location if a defect is present, or we can walk through the swap of any parts. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that includes but not limited to, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, accident, or failure to perform preventive maintenance like cleaning and dust removal.
If any issues do arise, we will work with you to get them resolved. All sales are final, but we will make sure your board is running in tip-top shape!
